About this talk

Exploring the future of digital transformation, this talk will consider what is now possible with modern approaches to using design, technology and data when delivering policy and services.

Exploring themes from his book ‘Multiplied’, Ben Holliday, Chief Designer at TPXimpact will talk about:

  • Lessons from the public sector's response to the pandemic, and why approaches to digital transformation and service delivery shouldn't revert to how they were before

  • How organisations are already rethinking how they use digital transformation to meet future challenges, including the relationship our work has with society, and ensuring we work more closely with local communities

  • The need for new mindsets that will help determine what can be achieved through digital transformation, and supported by the types of skills needed to deliver services in new and joined up ways

  • Practical examples demonstrating that better value for money is also possible through digital transformation, and how we can achieve more when teams, organisations and their partners are willing to work in new ways

This is a 45 minute session, and there will be time for questions and some discussion of the topics afterwards.
